[CSJM2]Where is the mandate for physicians, bringing expert engagement from the province … see all prior documents

[CSJM3]Valerie please incorporate all the content previously worked on and found in power point slides used for prior meeting with board.

[CSJM7]URGENT NEED FOR EXPERT COMMITTEE FOR E QUEBEC

[CSJM8]The tone could be more active. We “are” , we “aim”

…to facilitate bilateral exchange with all stakeholders (… please build from SSA resources, which are most relevant to framing stakeholder involvement

 [CSJM9]How?.. Need action plan

 [CSJM10]We are building ….

*also note that you’ll have to address industry partnerships here

[CSJM11]..working with all stakeholders to make real change

[CSJM12]Put items with no activity into a section “under construction”

 [CB[13]To elect LH

[CB[14]Need LH headshot for the website

[CB[15]Need LH bio for the website

 [CB[19]To elect CH

[CB[20]Need CH headshot for the website

[CB[21]Need CH bio for the website

 [CSJM22]Asked?

[CSJM23]Capacity for engagement may be an issue … maybe better in a ‘development’ role.

work will be needed to recruit strong contributors in oder to make this work.  In order to ensure commitment, estimated time and tasks could be outlined.  What happened to the contact for this financial role provided by rose?

 [CSJM24]Suggest ‘interim’ for now

 [CB[25]To elect DML

[CB[26]Need DML bio for the website

 [CB[27]To elect CJ

[CB[28]Need CJ bio for the website

[CSJM29]We had previously a structure of committees. No one will want to committ to volunteer to this responsibility and liability alone

[CSJM30]Here, I think a strategy is needed to structure as much of this into service contracts as possible. To rely on volunteers alone for all medical content, all validity, all verification and routinely updated is just not possible.  The bulk of what is needed to support evidence for Eczema Quebec is based on ties to COE.  The best option would be to work to clone COE groups at the four universities and/or large dedicated clinics, then to seek partnerships with their members to provide data, information, etc.

[CB[31]Need to find someone who knows the process of:

– Filing org taxes to gov

– Registering EQ for a GST #

[CSJM32]Charlie have you tried to ask Lea?

 [CSJM33]To correct

[CSJM34]Where does this verbiage come from.. what kind of supplemental information would be included here?

 [CSJM35]Who is management?

[CB[36]This will serve to compare satisfaction per-post website redesign

Eczéma Québec should include the following items in its patient satisfaction survey to gather feedback on the organization’s programs and services:

  1. Overall satisfaction: Ask patients to rate their overall satisfaction with the organization’s programs and services on a scale
  2. Programs & Services: Ask patients to rate their satisfaction with specific programs and services offered by the organization. (Website, Newsletter  and Socials)
  3. Relevance: Ask patients if they found the programs and services offered by the organization relevant to their needs.
  4. Accessibility: Ask patients if they found the programs and services offered by the organization easily accessible.
  5. Improvement: Ask patients for suggestions on how the organization can improve its programs and services.
  6. Demographics: Ask patients for demographic information (e.g. age, gender, eczema severity, etc.) to better understand the needs of different segments of the patient population.
  7. Open-ended questions: Include open-ended questions that allow patients to provide additional feedback and comments about their experience with the organization.

It is also important to make sure the survey is accessible and easy to understand, and that it respects the privacy of the patients.
