With the proliferation of cell-based immunotherapies and T-cell targeted monoclonal antibodies, Dr. Jack believes it is key to optimize our understanding of human cutaneous adaptive immunity, notably with respect to the ongoing skin inflammation that either ‘escapes’ these therapies or that is causally related to them.
